Who is Jaggar?
I didn't grow up in a stable household. In and out of foster care, no consistent structure, and a mindset that was always all-or-nothing. For a long time, that meant going hard — then completely off the rails. Boxing gave me a reason to be disciplined. It gave me structure when I had none.
When I retired as an Australian representative boxer, I lost that structure overnight. No fight camp, no pressure, no clear goal. I drifted. Trained inconsistently. Felt flat.
