I didn't grow up in a stable household. In and out of foster care, no consistent structure, and a mindset that was always all-or-nothing. For a long time, that meant going hard — then completely off the rails. Boxing gave me a reason to be disciplined. It gave me structure when I had none.

Do I need boxing experience?
Nope. This isn't a boxing program — it's a training and coaching program built by someone who happened to be a professional boxer. No experience needed, and you definitely don't need to be fit to start. That's literally what the program is for.
